In the past 25 years we have traveled to over 50 different locations and put our customers in the perfect location for great images. Now our focus is to combine a spectacular vacation with a wonderful creative and cultural learning experience.

We combine travel, photography, cuisine and more on each trip. Many of our participants are not photographers rather they are just seeking the great adventure our world has to offer and wanting to be with others who have the same vision.

For the photographer on the trip we provide several pre-classes before the trip and your instructor will be accompanying you on the adventure. We make sure your are prepared before the trip. Daily, (during the trip) you can expect help from our expert(s) showing you how and where to get the best images.

Whether you are a beginner, an enthusiast, or a professional, we invite you to join us on a truly incredible photographic and cultural adventure.

Today, many of our adventures are combined with our travel partners Wherever Tours. We have teamed up with their owners and pricing for our adventures is incredibly reasonable for a full service trip.

Our History:

World Wide Photo Tours started out as a part of 8 store camera chain, Creve Coeur Camera. The company has been providing tours to its customers since 1998 when Stephen Weiss purchased the camera stores.

Formerly know as the School of Imaging” we have taken trips across the United States and the world. Trips have included, Iceland, Costa Rica, Alaska, Italy, Cuba, New York City, Maine, Door County, Smoky Mountains, Monument Valley, Moab, Las Vegas, Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon, Colorado, and many others wonderful locations. Everything from 3 day USA adventures to 12 day European Trips and even longer when necessary. We also have many of our customers taking more than one trip at a time (right in a row).

These trips are designed to put you in great location for great photography, however, many of our travelers are not photographers and just join us for the tours.

*Our trips are generally full service and include everything from food, hotels, tours, guides, local transportation and more. Airfare in is not included however, we will provide you with our schedule of travel.

The most of photos you will see on the following pages are either from our instructors or our customers. We will only publish images that you will expect to get on our trips.
